Abstract: This software accompanies "Spectral Analysis for Matrix Hamiltonian Operators" by Marzuola & Simpson. Using these codes, we provide a proof that when the cubic nonlinear Schrodinger equation in 3D is linearized about a soliton, the resultant operator has no purely imaginary eigenvalues or resonances.
Description: This software is designed to be run with a Fortran 90/95 compiler and MATLAB. It has been successfully tested with gfortran and ifort, and MATLAB 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010.
