Abstract: In terms of the question: do Canadians need more education? Professor livingstone answered: Yes and no ... Sixty percent of our workforce have some form of post-secondary education and 40 percent are engaged in adult education. But there is a mismatch between their knowledge and skills and the kind of work they are doing. The key problem is the relationship between education and the economy.
