Abstract: Brilliant Yellow of S. cristatus from chrysomelid prey and 3.2 mm (usually fmale only) or more common 4.8 mm cavity widths. Whitish or pale orange-yellow shades of S. canadensis from 3.2 mm cavities are unamiguous but pale yellows make 100% species splitting very difficult. See 07.03 and 07.04.
