Abstract: The 1st column refers to species, stand and cavity width. The next 5 columns are the categorical distances of Fig. 1b legend. The final 3 columns are the binomial regression slope, its Z value and the 2.5% critical points of the constrained spatial randomization of the text. All measures generally support the claim of more than one spatial nesting pattern.
